Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
12 paper muffin cups
6 oz milk chocolate chips
6 oz bittersweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup powdered sugar
- Melt the milk chocolate chips. Spoon a small amount into the bottom of each muffin cup. Let cool.
- Mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar together in a bowl. Microwave the peanut butter mixture for about 1 minute so it is easy to pour. Spoon peanut butter over the hardened milk chocolate. Let cool.
- Melt the bittersweet chocolate chips. Spoon over the peanut butter. Let cool.
