Chili con Carne

2 PCs Onion, 4-pk
1 tbsp Tomato paste
1 piece Carrot
1 Tin Kidney beans
400 g Minced meat of cattle
3 dl Dinner rice
2 box Chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
5 cloves Garlic
1 piece Red chili
1 piece Red bell pepper
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, dried



Step 1

Cook rice according to instructions on the package.


Step 2

Warm the oil in a large pot. Brown meat dough, add the finely chopped onion, garlic, carrot, bell pepper, chili and cayenne pepper and saute for 5 minutes.


Step 3

Have in the tomato pure and canned chopped tomatoes and let it cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.Add the kidney beans and saute an additional 10-15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with cooked rice.
